She started her career with CJSC "BTA Bank" as a specialist of Micro-crediting Department under the EBRD MMF program. In a short period of time, Umut Anarbekovna grew from a specialist to the Head of Microcredit Department of the branch.

In 2006 she was appointed Deputy Head of Small and Medium Business Department. Her functions included organization and control of microcredit departments in all branches of the Bank. In 2007 she was transferred to the position of Deputy Head of Risk Management Department, then she was transferred to the position of the Head within the same Department.

In 2012 Umut Anarbekovna was appointed as Managing Director, supervising structural subdivisions such as: Credit Transactions Administration and Monitoring Department, Methodology Department, as well as administratively supervised the Risk Management Department. After the merger, she was transferred to the position of Director of Regional Development, then worked as Director of Retail Sales, then as Director of Operations Control.

In 2021, she was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "Bakai Bank". From October 10, 2023 she holds the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "Bakai Bank".

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and then from the Faculty of Law at the B.N. Yeltsin Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. He started his banking career in 1998 as an economist in the Economic Department of the NBKR, then continued his development in the NBKR Department of Supervision and Licensing Methodology, where he worked until 2007 as Chief Inspector.

In 2007, he was appointed as the Advisor to the Chairman of the Board, then the First Deputy Chairman of the Board and Acting Chairman of the Board at Dos Kredobank. In 2008-2009, he held the position of the Managing Director, then Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Member of the Management Board, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "Finance Credit Bank CAB". In 2017, Member of the Board of Directors, then Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Eurasian Savings Bank". In 2017, he was invited to the Board of Directors of CJSC "BTA Bank" as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since 2018, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of CJSC "BTA Bank". Since 2020 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "Bakai Bank". In August 1, 2022 he was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "Bakai Bank".

He graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn with a degree in Banking Business, he also received a degree in Civil Society, Family Law and Private International Law from the Kazakh State Law Academy.

He began his career in 2004 as an intern in the Corporate Business Department at what was then called Ineximbank. Over the years, his career blossomed, and he held positions such as: Head of Corporate Lending Department, Head of Corporate Business Department. From 2013 to 2020 - Director of BTA Bank branch. From 2020 to August 2022, Director of Bakai Bank branch. Since August 2022, he has been the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC "Bakai Bank".

He was awarded an honorary diploma and a letter of appreciation from the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan for his special services, his high professionalism and contribution to the development of the banking sector.

Larisa Georgievna Chengiz is a certified financier with more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry.

She has been trained in many areas of banking and is a certified specialist in the following areas: "Bank Accounting", "Financial Accounting", "Managerial Accounting", "Taxes and Law", "Corporate Governance".

For her hard work in the banking sector of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was awarded a certificate of "Excellent Employee of the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan" by the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan.  

From 1993 to 2001 she specialized in the sphere of accounting and taxation, financial control and methodology in various commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From 2002 to 2005, she served as Chief Accountant at Ekobank OJSC, from 2005 to 2007 - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Director of the Resource and Financial Control Department of Ekobank OJSC.

From 2007 to 2020 - Managing Director of BTA Bank CJSC. She was in charge of operations, branches and card unit.

From January 8, 2020 - acting as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bakai Bank OJSC. She supervises the Operations Department and oversee the branches, the Bank Card Department, and the Remote Banking Services Division. 

In 2002, he graduated from the Belarus State University of Economics with a degree in Banking. In 2018, he received a master's degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) in International Business Management.

He started his banking career at Priorbank (Raiffeisen Bank) in Minsk, Belarus in May 2002. From 2007 to 2013, he held the position of Director of Internal Audit at Priorbank, in 2013 he was promoted to the position of Director of Digital Service Channels Department at Priorbank. From 2019 to 2023 he was Executive Director for Retail Business at Bank BelVEB, Minsk, Belarus. From December 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Bakai Bank OJSC.

An expert with extensive experience in supporting a company's information technology infrastructure. He has a degree in "New Information Technologies", has a master's degree in the above mentioned specialty. From 2002 to 2018, Pavel Vladimirovich worked at OJSC "Optima Bank"(formerly known as OJSC "ATF Bank - Kyrgyzstan", OJSC "UniCredit Bank"), where from 2013 to 2018 he worked as a Deputy Head of ITM. Since May 2018, Pavel Brylev continued to work at JSC "Dos-Kredobank" as the Director of Information Technology Department, and since October 2019 he joined the Management Board of JSC "Dos-Kredobank". March 2020 Pavel joined the team of OJSC "Bakai Bank" in the role of IT-Director. He is a member of the Management Board of the Bank.

Dinara Temirovna is a graduate of the International University of Kyrgyzstan and has a Master's degree in Economics. She has experience in banking industry for more than 20 years.

She started her career at Bakai Bank OJSC as an accountant specialist in foreign exchange operations. In a short period of time Dinara Temirovna grew from a specialist to deputy chief accountant.

Over the period of work at the bank Dinara Temirovna held such positions as: Chief Accountant - Member of the Management Board, Managing Director, Financial Director.  On October 10, 2023 she was appointed as Finance Director - Member of the Management Board of "Bakai Bank" OJSC.

She was trained in many areas of banking: "Higher Degree, Bank Accounting", "Financial Accounting", ""Taxation in Commercial Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic", "Islamic Banking. AAOIFI Shariah standards: peculiarities of application", "Basics of banking risks and insurance", "Internal audit and control", etc.

In 2018, for years of diligent and fruitful work she was presented with the award of the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan - Certificate of Honor.
