Dear customers!

Interbank Processing Centre has made a decision to suspend servicing of cards of "Mir" payment system from 3 April this year. Please be reminded that the Bank's ATMs and POS-terminals have not accepted Mir cards since 2022. 

As of today, ELKARD cardholders will be unable to conduct cash-in and payment transactions for goods and services outside the Kyrgyz Republic, including the territory of the Russian Federation. In addition, transfers by card number from ELCARD cards to Mir cards have already been suspended in the updated BakAi application.

Other services/international transfers will continue to operate as normal. Including transfers by phone number from abroad. 

At the same time, we would like to ensure you that servicing of cards of other payment systems remains unchanged. We continue to work on improving the service and extending the list of available services for our clients.
