During this time, the following card services will be temporarily unavailable:
• Payments for goods and services, including online transactions
• Cash withdrawals at ATMs and POS terminals
• Payments and transfers via ELQR
• Issuance of VISA/ELCARD cards
• Transfers to cards or by phone number, along with other payment services
Additionally, during this period, payments and service top-ups through payment terminals, mobile applications, and e-wallets will be temporarily unavailable, This includes:
• Incoming and outgoing card transactions in the BakAi and BakAi Business mobile apps
• Top-ups of card and settlement accounts
• Deposits into savings accounts
• Loan repayments, including financing provided by the Islamic Financial Center
❕We strongly recommend planning your financial activities in advance and withdrawing any required funds ahead of time.
